Aesop's fable
Lesson 50
The frog quack doctor
After reading the fable of the frog quack doctor, I have a feeling: I feel that to judge a person's knowledge and talent, we need to pay attention to his behavior, and we must not be confused by his rhetoric. In fact, there are people like frogs in our lives who set up scams to deceive us, but what is the result? Isn't it still a failure?
Once upon a time, a frog jumped out of his swampy home and declared to all the animals that he was an erudite doctor, proficient in medicine and able to cure all diseases. Among them, a fox asked him: "A doctor like you can't even cure your own lameness and mottled and wrinkled skin. How can you brag that you can cure others?"
