一個遇上海難的人經過一番風浪裡的掙扎，終於被沖上岸，他筋疲力盡地躺在沙灘上睡著了。不一會兒，當他醒過來後，便開始指責大海總以平靜、溫和的外表引誘人們，然而，就在人們上當受騙之後，大海就變得兇暴和殘忍，最終致使船和船上的人同歸於盡。這時，大海以女人的形象出現了，並且對他說：“喂，朋友，你別責怪我，應該責怪風！我本是平靜的，但是只要風猛然刮過來，就會掀起驚濤駭浪，使我變得殘暴。這並不是我的本性。”

　　遇難者與海的這篇伊索寓言告訴了我們，我們在指責和批評教育別人的時候，首先要找到事情的根源，不要盲目的去指責別人，包括我們做事情的時候也是一樣，遇見問題都要找根源，不能蒙騙過關。
